This is a privately owned residential complex. We welcome you and your family while staying with us and want you to enjoy the peaceful tranquility and the beauty of this Vallarta paradise. Please note that this complex has specific rules and regulations with regards to behavior and use of facilities. For everyone’s enjoyment, we appreciate your attention to the following:

1. Use and Enjoyment – Occupants will use their private units and the Common Areas in such a way as not to disturb the use and quiet enjoyment of other Occupants. CREATING DISTURBANCES OR ANNOYANCES BY YELLING, SLAMMING OF DOORS, PLAYING LOUD RADIOS, STEREOS, OR HORSEPLAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. ALL NOISE AND ACTIVITIES SHALL CEASE AFTER 11:00 PM. Any complaints regarding the above must be registered with the Property manager or Security Guard. Guest refusing to comply with the regulations will be asked to leave.
2. Maximum Occupancy – The Maximum number of occupants per unit are as follows: 1 bedroom 4 people, 2 bedroom 6 people, 2 bedroom with den 6 people, 3 bedroom 8 people, It is not permitted to exceed the number of occupants specified, violation of the above will result being asked to leave.
3. Parties or mass gatherings – shall not take place in the common areas without the permission of the Administrator of Playa Royale.
4. Glass bottles – are not allowed in the pool or beach areas.
5. Children under 12 – must be supervised by an adult in the common areas AND ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE JACUZZI. CHILDREN UNDER 3 ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE ADULTS POOL, THEY MUST BE STRICTLY SUPERVISED BY AND ADULT IN THE CHILDREN´S POOL
6. No diving is allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi.
7. The Grill and Palapa- may be reserved through the Concierge, time limits are in effect.
8. No smoking is permitted inside the units, balcony, elevator, parking and hallways.
9. Garbage- must be placed in appropriate containers located in the common areas. Garbage destined for the garbage chute must be placed in sealed black plastic garbage bags.
10. No Animals of any kind are permitted anywhere in Playa Royale.
11. No Visitor allowed to the property.
12. No Hoverboard, Roller Skates, in the pool area and hallways
13. Towels and clothing- must not be hung on balcony railings or anywhere in view of the residents.
14. Furniture in the common areas– must remain in place, it cannot be removed
15. Damage or loss of personal objects- is the sole responsibility of the renter or occupant.
16. Noise. Is not permitted after11:00 pm.
17. CAR TOWING. – Any car parked out of its parking spot, parked on a common area or in a WRONG parking spot will be towed. Any cost related will be applied directly to the unit’s owner’s statement. THE MANAGEMENT AND THE CONDOMINIUM ARE NOT RESPONSIBILE FOR ANY LIABILITY since the vehicles brought to the property are entire responsibility of the vehicle owner. (See Condominium Bylaws).
18. Liability- The condominium or the owners will not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss of life, caused by the use of any of the facilities at Playa Royale.
19. Swimming Pools And Common Areas.- It is important to mention that the supervision with children under 3 years old must be strict and constant in and outside the pool; this is mainly with the purpose of avoiding any type of accidents such as physical, or hygienic. The person responsible of any hygienic incident in or outside the pool area will be sanctioned. Penalties or sanctions could be monetary according to the amount spent in fixing the damage (chemical materials plus the necessary treatment). In case it is considered a deliberate act causing serious damages, the responsible people will be asked to leave the property immediately. If the damages are considered severe, legal action through an attorney will be taken.
20. All rules and regulations- the above is only a synopsis of the most common of the rules for this complex, please review the complete copies posted in the common areas and your unit, these rules must be followed and observed at all times.
