How does My Beach Condo work?

We will be pleased to receive you with this conditions, if you find anything not working properly on the condo, o if there is any lost or damage during your stay, please let us know as soon as posible so we can fix it or replace at the lowest cost and time.

Modem is inside the last kitchen upper cabinet.

We have an internal line from Playa Royal Complex. You have preloaded most needed extensions on the upper buttons on the phone.

Drinking water

We are proud to provide you with a high tech water filter, which is underneath the sink, so you can safely drink wáter from the small dispenser next to the mixer wáter tap.

Linens and Consumables

We provide linen and clean towels . We also provide all the dinnerware and kitchen utilities. Consumables will be provided just as amenities on the bathrooms and the kitchen. The rest should be provided by the guest.

Garbage

Tenants shall dispose of all waste material in the shutte within the trash room on the same floor of the condo, very close to elevator. Please place recycling items in the area within the room. You can ask front desk for the exact location. Shuttle hours are from 9am to 10pm

Cleaning Service

One cleaning service (not dishes, nor beach towels) per week is included on the rental price. You may request additional services by contacting us directly.

TV

We have internet TV and CCTV where you can whatch Live TV from US, Canada and UK and main spanish Latin American Channels.

Sports Club Optional Membership

Only for guests staying 14 days or longuer, they can purchase a temporary membership at El Tigre Sports Club (Golf, Gym, Tennis, Squash, Basquetball, Swiming Pool, SPA). The concierge and front desk personnel can guide you to aquire it.
